A card for the birthday boy!

I guess I should say man, since he'll be 38 tomorrow.
But I do, for some reason, refer to my husband as "the boy".
I always have and I just can't seem to shake it.

I grabbed a premade white square card blank, my 6x6 of EP's This & That Charming,
a cheapie stamp from Michael's and went to work.

Here's a closeup of the fan. It was excruciating to make.
Thank goodness for glossy accents!
I added a cute Making Memories charm from my stash to hide the insane mess
that I made with all that glue.

And that's it! Thanks for taking a peek.

I hope you all have a great weekend,
I'll be back on Sunday with a Father's Day card.

  1. The fan looks great and I like the black shadow you added to the banner it really helps it pop off of the background paper. Great job Mel!!
